  The most important person is YOU. That is why we have created our home inspection process to include all of the information you need to  feel confident when you make the BIG DECISION.  We invite you to attend the inspection where we  will discuss anything that we find. 

Your inspection is a valuable tool for as long as you own your home.

We created an easy to read report to help you quickly identify any issues or safety items we find during our inspection. The report focuses on these items and they are summarized at the end or report. Reading our report is like following our footsteps as we performed the inspection.  

You will receive a call from your Certified Inspector to discuss every issue listed on the report. You can call us years later if you have questions on the report. We welcome your questions.

We also send your Realtor a copy pf the report and discuss our findings with them so they have the same information.
