Our inspectors are certified and knowledgeable. They understand protecting your best interests is their goal.

We welcome questions and will be there for you to help you identify when something is a big concern and when something isn't. We will help you with recommendations but, we will not refer you to individual service providers to ensure you received an ethical and honest service. We do recommend if any repairs are needed, you get two or more quotes.

We also recommend you discuss this report with your Realtor as any issues brought up in the report may be negotiable with the seller. Your Realtor will better to help you with this. They may also have a list of service providers that they've worked with in the past.
