 How many times have you wanted to tell a talkative inspector to zip it, were stuck at an inspection for over two hours or rolled your eyes when an inspector raised issues outside of the scope of their work? We're not those guys. We value our relationship with both your client and you, the agent. We understand your time is important and we strive to keep our inspections as pain free as possible. We keep our conversations professional and limited to the inspection. 


We understand that all homes will have some issues. Our job isn't to send your buyers running away with an eighty page report loaded with minor cosmetic issues. We are not there to give opinions on a home's value or the value of any issue we find. Sometimes these issues may actually benefit a buyer. 


What our inspector says  in person is what he puts on paper. We strive to eliminate any unwelcome surprises.  


Our reports do not include pictures of cosmetic issues like missing paint or minor scratches. We report items covered by the scope of a home inspection to protect you and your client. Our integrity with our client is the upmost importance. Your client will receive a comprehensive report based on our State's Professional Code of Ethics for a Home Inspector.

Making you look professional

We want to earn your trust. Our goal is to make you look good by presenting a professional image to your clients. We do this by providing a easy to read professional report that adheres to the responsibilities of a Home Inspector. We will answer any questions on the report and keep our comments to scope of the report. Simply, we do not offer opinions beyond the home inspection.

We feel it is important to discuss our findings with you first to avoid your clients hearing conflicting information. The report will be consistent with any conversations we have at the location so there are no unwelcome surprises. 

We arrive prepared

We ask that you schedule your clients to arrive ninety minutes after the appointment start time. This will allow us to have most of the inspection finished and our thoughts organized so we're able to give your clients a better walk through. This reflects positively on you and our inspector.

We arrive to our appointments early and start preparing.  You should expect us to have street photos done and exterior inspection started before you arrive.

  • A follow-up email when the inspection is completed
  • A report within 24 hours of the inspection completion
